You Said....We Did

We value very highly the feedback provided by our learners on all aspect of their training experience and have taken actions to address some of the issues raised to help us to continually improve the service we deliver.

You told us:
We responded by:
One of our outreach venues was cold and unsuitable for the course Moving the course to a nearby venue which is much warmer and has better access, facilities and parking
Our evaluation form was too long and complicated Reviewing the form and reducing it to one page whilst still gathering all the information we require
There was too much paperwork at the start of the courses Sending out as much paperwork as possible prior to the course allowing the learners to complete it at a convenient time to them and in turn not delaying the start of the course
You would like more flexible times for courses to take place Arranging courses according to demand, for example a first aid course was split over two days to allow the learners on the course to take their children to and from school which they wouldn’t have been able to do if the course had run over one day.
Public transport was difficult to access in rural areas Providing transport to take learners to the course venue and arranging lift sharing between the learners.
You would like more information about the courses we provide A training booklet has been produced and there is information on our website about all the courses we offer. We have also produced a comprehensive student handbook which is sent to each learner prior to their course taking place.

If you have attended one of Teesdale Village Halls Consortium's training courses and would like to provide us with any feedback please email your comments to helen@teesdalehalls.co.uk
