TVHC AND THE NET:GAIN WORKSHOPS

The Consortium has been delivering net:gain for over two years and has recently won the outstanding delegate support award and came second in the category of most successful net:gain centre based on delegate sales. Through our enthusiastic promotion and telesales support, over 40 voluntary and community organisations throughout the North East are now members of the net:gain programme.

One of these organisations, Jack Drum Arts was the winner of the best delegate case study award. As a result of the net:gain programme they are trialling a web-based online diary, have managed to save up to three hours of the office manager’s time each week and are now giving a more professional and efficient service to customers.
