19:30 to 21:00 Ceilidh Dancing Classes
Course fee £20.70 per person. Course dates for your diary SESSION 1 September 16 SESSION 2 September 30 SESSION 3 October 7 SESSION 4 October 14 SESSION 5 November 11 SESSION 6 November 18 Our dance tutor is Fiona Turnbull, well-known as a very skilled and competent Scottish ceilidh dance teacher and national assessor. The course will begin with ‘easy’ ceilidh dances before gradually moving on to some more challenging set dances. Fiona assures me “it will all be fun and sociable for everyone whether they come with or without a partner”. Enrolment will take place on the first session, September 16th 7.20pm – 7.30 pm. LOCATION

Directions

The village can be accessed from the A66 and is signposted to the left heading from Barnard Castle to Scotch Corner. It can also be accessed from the A67 by turning off at Winston, travelling through the village and over the bridge. Follow the road through Ovington and Hutton Magna is the next village. The hall is situated at the south end of the village on the left hand side as you come from Ovington.
