If you're looking for a new challenge but feel discouraged because of the recession, the advice is 'don't give up!'

We all know someone who needs that fresh start and the Your Choice programme can help.

It is made up of local voluntary, community, education and business organisations that can helpe guide people onto the right path.

If you're in touch with enough people and you make enough contacts and pursue enought opportunities, the odds are that something will click.
